Mast system in full circuit operation

The Large-scale facilities are, of course, the pivotal points of modern aquaculture, since not only most water is circulated here, but also most fish cavort (as fish volume in kg). Therefore, most of the technology is hidden in these plant components. Depending on the type of fish, these systems of course also require the most space.
The technology in the fattening systems must be precisely matched to the fish to be produced in order to guarantee good growth and to prevent any diseases from breaking out in the first place.

For large plants, which are mostly fattening plants, the Fischgut Primus Anlagenbau builds the systems so that you can operate them with a minimum of personnel.

Construction of two recirculation systems (2017)

2012 we planned a sturgeon facility for the reproduction and breeding of sturgeons in China.

The planning lasted almost five years.

At the beginning of 2017 we started with the construction of the fault system. Since it is a hot water recirculation system and the fish farms (two locations) are located in the mountains near the Great Wall of China, ISO halls (over 2000qm) with the required concrete basins had to be built for the first time.

The plants were planned and built according to the model of the closed circuit plant in Iserlohn (Fischgut Primus), the plant in Iserlohn has been successfully in operation for 20 years.

Thereby it had the hall farmer, concrete farmer quite easily also visually conceptions of a cycle plant to make itself.

A large system (one module) almost 180.000l water and is designed with biological maintenance-free filters (trickling filters) and a low-maintenance sedimentation.

It was only copied again and again in China.

The system (all moving parts, e.g. filters, pumps, etc.) were built in advance in individual modules completely in the Iserlohn plant and then shipped to China disassembled into individual parts to be rebuilt and put into operation there in a few weeks.
